We provide pre-paid shipping labels for exchanges or returns for one exchange per order for boots, so you only need to attach the pre-printed Return Label to your order and ship back to us. 

If you lose the Return Label, you can contact us at [email protected] and we can resend. For clothing orders under $100, we do not provide pre-paid return labels.
